Orders

Products for sale can be ordered directly on the website using the shopping cart in four simple steps:

  1. Add the desired products using the “add to cart” button under each product image, indicating the quantity.

  2. Go to the Cart page to review and modify the order, specifying delivery details, including address, delivery method, any different recipients, etc.

  3. If desired, log in at checkout.

  4. If you don’t have an account, you can create one in seconds during checkout.

  5. Confirm the order from the checkout page by proceeding with the selected payment method.

The purchase is finalized once the cart, payment method, and shipping method have been confirmed.

Order receipt is confirmed by Frantoio Brignoni via email to the address provided by the Customer. This confirmation is automatically generated and does not, in itself, constitute order acceptance, only confirmation of receipt. The confirmation email includes all the data provided by the Customer, who agrees to check for accuracy and promptly report any corrections.

Orders are processed from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturday. Orders placed after 12:00 PM on Saturday will be processed the following Monday.

Prices

The prices listed on the website include VAT as well as shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change and/or modification by Frantoio Brignoni without prior notice.

For Sales Contracts concluded before the publication of such changes but still in progress, the prices in effect at the time of Order completion will apply. Prices may vary depending on the year, format, or type of packaging.

Payment methods available on the site include:

Invoicing

If requested during the purchase process by filling in the relevant fields with VAT and Tax ID numbers, an invoice will be issued. The invoice is based on the information provided by the consumer at the time of the order (in accordance with Art. 14 DPR 445/2000 and DL 52/2004).

The invoice, in paper format, will be sent together with the products in the same package.

Shipping Methods, Costs, and Times

Frantoio Brignoni delivers products via General Logistics Systems Italy SpA (GLS).

Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are clearly indicated during the order process.

For items in stock, shipment generally occurs within 24 hours of the order and no later than seven days.

Estimated delivery times:

  • 1–3 days in Italy

  • 3–5 days in European countries
    (from the moment the goods are handed to the courier).

Frantoio Brignoni is not responsible for delays or damages due to exceptional events or circumstances.

Product Warranties

Frantoio Brignoni bears all risks related to the shipment and any damage that may occur during the transfer from the warehouse to the destination, until the goods are signed for upon receipt.

If parcels appear visibly damaged or tampered with, the customer must SIGN WITH RESERVATION to enable replacement procedures.

Without such a signature, the seller cannot be held responsible for damage to shipped goods.

Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within ten working days from receiving the goods, without penalty and without having to state a reason.

Withdrawal procedure:

by registered letter with return receipt, or via email to info@frantoiobrignoni.com, provided it is confirmed by registered letter with return receipt within 48 hours.

Returned goods must be intact and in their original packaging and returned within 10 working days of the written notice. Return shipping costs and the responsibility for the product’s condition lie with the customer.

Frantoio Brignoni will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping) within 30 days of receiving the goods via bank transfer to the customer’s account.

Withdrawal is not permitted when:

  • The returned goods are damaged for reasons other than transport.

  • The returned goods are missing essential components.

  • The purchase was made by customers not considered consumers under the applicable laws.

Personal Data

Customer data will not be used for market research, advertising, or promotional purposes by third parties or other companies.

Only with prior consent will the customer receive information about new products or offers from Frantoio Brignoni.

Personal data is handled according to Legislative Decree No. 196/2003, Art. 7.
According to Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003, data provided during purchase or invoice issuance is excluded from the need for consent, as it is collected and stored solely for tax purposes under Italian and European law and used only to fulfill contractual obligations.

Applicable Law

The contract is expressly subject to the provisions of Legislative Decree 06/09/2005 No. 206, G.U. 08/11/2005 No. 235, particularly Articles 50 to 60 of D.L. 206/2005, and Article 18 of Legislative Decree 31 March 1998, No. 114, concerning trade regulation reform. Where not provided for, the Civil Code applies.
