From Olives... to Oil!
The visit to the oil mill is a moment of meeting and discussion on extra virgin olive oil and agri-food in general. The tour begins in the field with a visit to the company’s olive groves. The olive tree is a beautiful plant all year round, in May we can admire the flowering, the formation of drupes in June, the growing and ripening fruit until October when we can finally witness the harvest. It follows the process of processing the olives and extracting the oil and continues with information on extra virgin olive oil and its health peculiarities, finally concluding beautifully with the tasting of Brignoni extra virgin olive oil in the tasting room.

Tasting at the mill
Oil, wine, honey and cured meats
Throughout the year, in addition to the complete visit to the company, we organize snacks with typical local products such as wine, honey, cured meats and other delicacies: the final and convivial moment of the guided tour. The cost of the tasting is €5.00 per person.
